Cooling Off Period
After a second consultation takes place, a further “cooling off” period of seven days is required by medical regulations. This allows you ample time for reflection before you decide to book a procedure.

Meet Our Sydney Staff
Dr. Meaghan Heckenberg
Dr. Heckenberg is dedicated exclusively to liposuction, bringing over 16 years’ of expertise to her practice. She has performed over 1600 procedures and holds a fellowship in liposuction and cosmetic medicine from the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine (ACCSM). Dr. Heckenberg is also a mentor to aspiring doctors in the field She is also the head of liposuction training at ACCSM.
Karmie Vijandre
Our Sydney team is completed by Karmie, our practice manager and head nurse. Karmie is able to offer comprehensive guidance on the liposuction process in her practice manager/receptionist role.

What is the difference between your Bondi Junction and Randwick locations?
Our Bondi Junction clinic is our primary location for initial and subsequent consultations with Dr. Heckenberg. All surgical procedures are performed at the fully equipped Levant Randwick Day Hospital. Consultations may also take place at Levant Randwick Day Hospital as a dedicated consultation room is available.
