Everybody’s time is valuable. Our staff will aim to place a reminder call or SMS 7 days prior to your appointment. If you do not receive your reminder call, your appointment remains your responsibility to attend or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Please advise us as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Consultations are in high demand and your early cancellation will allow the time to be reallocated to someone else. Since we turn away other patients to hold your appointment, any missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hour’s notice may result in the $300 cancellation / consultation fee.
Please note
